The REC Rooms comedy nights return with a bang in Feb. The line up is:
 
Opening – James Dowdeswell is a stand-up comedian and actor, best known for playing the character of Count Fuckula in the BBC television programme Extras. James is also a published author. He wrote ‘The Pub Manifesto: A Comedian Stands Up For Pubs’ which was published by CAMRA Books in November 2018
 
Middle – Russell Arathoon “A fast paced roller coaster of one liners, double entendres & hilarious observations. Russell owns the stage” Ian Mass Harris (Judge, Prides got talent 2016)
 
Russell has got quite a following on the LGBT scene of London & Manchester.
 
His brand of observational humour and his unique take on everyday observations has seen Russell explode onto the comedy scene.
 
He has been finalist for the So you think I’m Funny competition at the Edinburgh Fringe, won the Hastings new comedian of the year award, won King Gong at the Comedy store & beat the Black out at Up the Creek several times.
 
This year, his first solo show, “The Curious Incidents on the gay at night” will be touring at fringe festivals nationwide.

has been making people laugh since the age of 16 after being talked into doing Impressions at his school talent show.
 
Since discovering his passion for comedy Danny has never looked back. His Versatile act caters for all walks of life with unbeatable stand up and a string of spot-on impressions such as Jimmy Carr, Billy Connolly, Lee Evans plus many more. His 2019 Edinburgh show is being directed by none other than Bobby Davro, a legend of British comedy.
 
All over seen by quest MC – Jack Campbell
Jack Campbell is a stand-up comedian. Originating from rural Cambridgeshire, Jack now lives in Leicester and gigs all over the country.
Winner of English Comedian of the Year 2014, Jack has even performed in Australia, Germany, Finland, Latvia and Estonia.
Jack has always loved stand-up comedy and began performing whilst at De Montfort University, Leicester in 2009.
